Tap Download the app. On a phone connection this takes a minute or two — if it stalls, tap it again; the download picks up where it left off rather than starting over.
Open the downloaded file. Android will warn that it is from an unknown source — that is normal for a test build. Allow it.
If you already have Flock U installed, this updates it in place and keeps your settings.
Open the app. You do not need to type in a server address; this build already knows where to find us.
